- Do existing users have to pay the new prices?
- No. Every user who subscribed before this pricing update keeps their original price ($2.99/month or $25/year) indefinitely. You won't be auto-bumped.
- What's the difference between Pro and Club?
- Pro covers everything an individual collector needs — unlimited bottles, full Ask AI, drink-window tracking, the works. Club adds the multi-member coordination features for tasting groups: recurring events, dues tracking, group chat, photo galleries, etc. If you don't run a wine club, Pro is what you want.
- Do all members of a Club need to pay?
- The organizer needs Club ($7.99/month). Each member needs at least Pro ($5.99/month) to score wines, share their cellar, and participate fully. A Free account can see a pending invite, but joining a tasting requires upgrading.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your profile and your tier stays active until the end of the billing period. After that your account moves to read-only — your data stays, you just can't add or edit until you renew.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Yes — request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. After that, cancel anytime to stop future charges.
