Poulsard, also known as Ploussard, is a rare red wine grape native to the Jura region of eastern France. It is one of the three main varieties used in Jura wines and is prized for producing distinctive, delicate red wines with low tannins and pale color.

Red berries, cherry, strawberry, earthy undertones, and subtle spice with a characteristic pale ruby hue
Winemaking & Aging
Low tannin structure, high acidity, pale color, produces light to medium-bodied wines with good aging potential in cooler vintages. Best suited to cool climates and limestone soils. Often blended with Trousseau and Savagnin in traditional Jura wines.
